WELLNESS CARE

I offer midwifery-style care for non-pregnancy related wellness care. This means the care is in your own comfortable home space, informed consent is deeply woven into my care, and each step of the appointment moves forward at the pace you choose and are comfortable with.

I provide:

  • pap smears (cervical cancer screening) and HPV testing

  • most types of sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing

  • pelvic exams

  • contraception / birth control options counseling

  • support, discussion, and holistic recommendations related to sexual health, pelvic health, reproductive health, and menstrual cycle questions or concerns

I cannot prescribe medications to treat STIs, prescription birth control, or medical treatment for abnormal pap smears when that is recommended, but I will connect you with the referrals and resources you need for any follow-up care.

FEES

Half-hour appointment: $50

1-hour appointment: $100

We will discuss ahead of time what appointment length makes the most sense based on your needs and what you would like to cover in your appointment.

As a starting point for our conversation about fees, please look over my payment and fees guidelines to learn more about my sliding scale and barter options.

FREE PREGNANCY TESTING AND PREGNANCY OPTIONS COUNSELING

I offer pregnancy testing for free, knowing that for many people their pregnancy testing options are limited by concerns about cost, privacy, confidentiality, accessibility, and feeling safe. Along with pregnancy testing, I offer free pregnancy options counseling discussions to those who want it.

I am supportive of the full range of pregnancy options, and I am comfortable discussing and connecting you with referrals for abortion, adoption, obstetric care, midwifery care, herbalists, or other support as wanted.

If you are able to access pregnancy testing and options counseling in other ways, or pay for the appointment with me, I ask that you please do so. This will allow me to continue offering this service for free to those who most need it.
