Home birth care includes comprehensive prenatal care with lab work, screening and testing options, continuous labor support in your home beginning in active labor, skilled and gentle delivery of baby and placenta, monitoring in the immediate postpartum period, and postpartum home and office visits until 6 weeks postpartum.
Fertility + insemination
Fertility + conception care can support you in the process of becoming pregnant. These visits are for people who want to learn more about their cycles to track and optimize conception, for people wanting to conceive and become pregnant without a sperm-producing partner, or those who are having trouble conceiving. We specialize in serving queer, trans and gender-expansive folks as well as single parents by choice. We provide intra-uterine insemination (IUI) and other insemination options.
well body care
Well body care is what is commonly referred to as “gynecological care.” We work with people of all ages, genders, and identities who need PAP and HPV screening and testing, STI testing, contraception / birth control options counseling, pelvic exams and holistic care for sexual, pelvic, reproductive, generative and menstrual cycle health (at the 6 week postpartum visit). In our well body visits, we center people’s autonomy and practice trauma-informed care.
miscarriage + pregnancy Loss
We provide physical and emotional support during a miscarriage or a pregnancy release, either in person or by phone. In addition, we can do follow up blood work after a miscarriage or termination, and work with you on fertility care.
You do not already have to be a client with us, as sometimes pregnancy losses happen early enough that you may not have a care provider yet. Please call us if you are experiencing a miscarriage or pregnancy loss and want support during the process.
